Homemade Peanut Butter

This recipe is easy to make and only requires 1 or 2 ingredients. It takes less than 10 minutes. Making it is still a lot of fun! It's fun to see the peanuts turn into the creamiest, smoothest nutbutter you've seen. The oozy texture is superior to any brand of nut butter I've ever tried. And the rich flavor of peanuts is unmatched. You'll be unable to stop eating it!

  • Food Processor

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups dry roasted & salted or unsalted peanuts
  • sea salt, to taste (if using unsalted peanuts)

Instructions
 

  • Place the peanuts into a medium-sized food processor. * Process until smooth. Stopping every 30 seconds or 1 minute, if necessary, to scrape down the sides of bowl and give the motor a rest. At first, the mixture will look chunky. It will first thicken and form a ball. Then it will smoothen and become creamy. It should take 8-10 minutes to complete the process.
