  • 1/2 cup Milk (dairy-free or dairy-based)
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Apple
  • 1/4 avocado

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender on high speed for 30 seconds or until creamy.
  • Serve cold and Enjoy

Notes

  • Freeze your Bananas in advance! I freeze my bananas by cutting them in half, and then storing them in Stasher bags.
