Smoke chuck and cheek of Angus beef then confit in red wine aromatic jus, ratatouille made classical with fresh zucchini, eggplant, caramelised onion and peppers for a traditional French provincial flavour.

Beef chuck, beef cheek 100, potatoes, cream, butter 3% olive oil 5%, tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, capsicum, garlic, thym, basil, celery, bay leaves, coriander seeds.

1. Place meal in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours to defrost the meal.
2. Microwave the meal on high for 3 minutes.
3. Let meal rest for a couple of minutes.
