Meal stored in freezer will last up to 3 months.
If storing in the refrigerator (-5℃ or below), meal should be consumed within 48 hours.
Meal should not be refrozen after defrosting.

Defrosting Instructions:
Place sauce in the refrigerator for 24 hours to defrost it. Leave the Pasta in the freezer as this will be cooked from frozen.

Alternately, you can place the sauce bag from frozen into a 60 degree bath for around 90-120 minutes or until the sauce is fully defrosted.

Heating Instructions:
1. Prepare a pot with water and bring it to the boil. 2. Add 7g of rock salt each litre of water and add the pasta straight from the freezer and cook for 3-5 minutes or to your taste.
3. In a different pan, place the sauce and heat up for few minutes or until simmering.
4. When the gnocchi arise on the water surface, drain them and place them in the pan with the sauce.
5. Sprinkle the Mozzarella over the Gnocchi and Sauce, adding 20gr of Parmesan if you’d like, and place the pan in the oven at 200 degrees for 3 minutes, so the Mozzarella cheese can melt.

6. Enjoy.
