ALBI’S TAVERNA Baked Boscaiola Al Forno
A fresh take on the classic Italian pasta dish – this meal features penne pasta in a creamy pancetta, onion, mushroom, jus, parmesan and béchamel sauce topped with mozzarella and baked in the oven.
Penne, mixed mushroom, Bechamel, Italian Bacon, brown onion, beef jus (Balsamic, maltodectrin, thickener, sugar, beef bones, salt, onion, veg oil, mineral salt, stabilizer, garlic, red wine), cream, parmesan, Salt.
Contains: Eggs, Milk and Wheat (Gluten).

Preparation
Oven – Recommended:
1. Place meal in the refrigerator for 24 hours to defrost the meal.
2. Preheat the oven to 200℃.
3. Place meal in the container in the oven for 12 minutes.
4. Remove lid and bake for a further 4 – 5 minutes until top is brown and crisp.
5. Remove from the oven and let stand for 1 minute before eating.
Microwave:
1. Place meal in the refrigerator for 24 hours to defrost the meal.
2. Once meal is defrosted, heat the meal in the microwave for 2 minutes on high until meal is heated through.
3. Let stand for 1 minute and heat again for a further 1 – 2 minutes in microwave if required.
