The dough is made using organic flour and free range eggs, the beef sauce is made using wagyu beef minced and then is covered with béchamel sauce and parmesan cheese, then baked.

1 egg, 110g wheat flour, 50g wagyu beef minced, 10g butter, 100ml milk, 50g Tomato sauce, 10g carrots, 5g garlic, 10g carrot, 10g celery, 30g parmesan cheese, 1g nutmeg, 20g red wine, 1 bay leaf,10ml olive oil, salt and pepper.

Contains: Wheat (Gluten), Eggs and Milk.

Meal stored in freezer will last up to 1 month.
If storing in the refrigerator (-5℃ or below), meal should be consumed within 24 hours.
Meal should not be refrozen after defrosting.


Place the meal in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours to defrost the meal.

Oven Option (Recommended): Heat the meal in the oven at 170℃ for 15 minutes until meal is heated through.

Microwave Option: heat the meal in the microwave for 3 - 4 minutes on high until meal is heated through.
