Our delicious gourmet tofu and shiitake mushroom dumplings are packed with veggie goodness, and go from freezer to plate in less than 10 minutes. Made with farm fresh local produce, our dumplings make for an easy, delicious and nutritious weeknight meal or a wholesome snack. 

Our dumplings can be steamed for fluffy goodness, or pan-fried to achieve a delicious crispy base. We recommend serving with your favourite veggies, sauce and some chilli oil for an added kick.

Using locally sourced ingredients, our products are 100% made in Sydney, Australia and use only the freshest vegetables from Australian farmers. Our gourmet tofu and shiitake mushroom dumplings are vegan-friendly, gluten free, wheat free, egg free, dairy free, nut free, and sesame free. 

Each pack contains 12 dumplings.

Intolerances and Allergies

We take allergies seriously and understand the serious effects of cross-contamination. Our gourmet dumpling range and dumpling flour mixes are endorsed by Coeliac Australia to provide further assurance to our customers that we comply with the rigorous criteria set by Coeliac Australia, which includes methodological laboratory testing to have no detectable gluten, as per the FSANZ guidelines for gluten free products.

Our tofu and shiitake mushroom dumplings also meet the Low FODMAP diet based on guidelines from the Monash University FODMAP Guide. Our recipes are developed so that each packet of 12 dumplings contains under the 'per serve' recommendations of ingredients listed suitable for a Low FODMAP diet.

Dietary Information


Filtered Water, Rice Flour, Cabbage, Organic Tofu, Corn, Shiitake Mushroom, Black Fungus, Tapioca Flour, Glutinous Rice Flour, Millet Flour, Sunflower Oil, Gluten-Free Soy Sauce, Xanthan Gum, Potato Starch, Sea Salt, Pepper.

Contains: Contains soy, soya or soybean.


Keep frozen below -18 degrees celcius.
Do not defrost. Cook product straight from the freezer.
Product stored in freezer will last up to 12 months.


1. Set aside approx. 2 teaspoons (10ml) of water for each dumpling to be cooked.
2. Lightly oil frypan and place on medium heat. When oil is hot, turn eat down to low-medium and place dumplings in frypan.
3. Immediately add water to frypan, be careful of splatter and cover with lid.
4. Cook for 9 minutes on low heat with lid on.
5. Remove lid, if any water is left in pan increase heat and continue cooking until water has evaporated.
6. Enjoy your crispy dumplings on their own or with your favourite dipping sauce.

Bring water to boil in steamer. Brush oil on base of dumplings and steam for 8-10mins.

Bring water to boil and drizzle oil. Add dumplings. After 1min on high heat, cook on medium for further 8mins.
