Defrosting Instructions:
1. Recommended: Place meal in the refrigerator for 24 hours to defrost.
2. Select the defrost setting on your microwave and defrost meal for 8-10 minutes.

Heating Instructions:
1. Once defrosted, heat the meal in the microwave for 2 mins or until meal is heated through.
2. Let the meal stand for 1 minute and heat again until desired heat is reached.
