Slow confit pork belly crisped up and served with a delicate creamy polenta alongside capsicum, bird eye chilli, coriander and house red wine jus.

Organic polenta, milk, cream, thym, coriander seeds, salt, capsicums red, bird eye chilli, coriander, pork belly 150gr, jus (red wine 20%, tomato paste, beef bones, celery 10%, carrot 10%, thym), olive oil.

Meal stored in freezer will last up to 4 months.
If storing in the refrigerator (-5℃ or below), meal should be consumed within 24 hours.
Meal should not be refrozen after defrosting.


1. Place meal in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours to defrost the meal.
2. Microwave the meal for 3 minutes on high.
3. Let meal rest for a couple of minutes.

Pork belly can also be made crispy by placing it 2 minutes into a pan skin side down.
