12 hour slow cooked beef cheeks, heirloom carrots, garlic mash with red wine jus.

Salt, Pepper, Plain Flour, Brown Onion, Garlic, Carrots, Celery, Thyme, Rosemary, Red Wine, Tomato Paste, Crushed Tomato And Beef Stock. Potato, Garlic, Cream, Butter, Salt and Pepper.

Contains: Milk and Gluten.

Storage

Meal stored in freezer will last up to 2 month in the freezer.
If storing in the refrigerator (-5℃ or below), meal should be consumed within 48 hours.
Meal should not be refrozen after defrosting.

Preparation

Microwave Instructions:
1. Once meal is defrosted, heat the meal in microwave for 4 minutes on high until meal is heated through.
2. Let meal stand for 1 minute and heat for up to a further 2 minutes if required.

Oven Instructions:
Once defrosted, reheat in the oven at 200c for 25 minutes
