Dietary Information

Ingredients:

Flour, semolina, egg, salt, pepper prosciutto cotto, spinach, pecorino, and bechamel.

Contains: Milk, wheat, eggs and may contain traces of nuts.

Meals are prepared in a kitchen that contains fish, milk, sesame, crustaceans, soy, nuts, tree nuts, gluten, lupin and sulphites. Although best practises are used in preparing the meal, the meal may contain traces of these allergens.

Storage

We recommend that all meals are stored in your freezer (-18℃ or below) prior to consumption to extend shelf-life of meal. The meal will last up to 1 month in the freezer from date of delivery.
If storing in the refrigerator (-5℃ or below), meal should be consumed within 1-3 days.
Meal should not be refrozen after defrosting

Preparation

Heating Instructions (Defrosted in Refrigerator) - Recommended:
1. Place meal in the refrigerator for 24 hours to defrost the meal.
2. Oven Option (recommended): once meal is defrosted, heat at 160℃ for 20 minutes covered. Uncover the meal and bake for an additional 5 minutes on grill setting to form golden crust on rosette.
3. Microwave Option: once meal is defrosted, heat the meal in the microwave on 900 watts for a minimum of 3-4 minutes or until hot and soft

Heating Instructions (Frozen):
1. Preheat the oven to 160℃.
Place the covered meal in the oven at 160℃ for approximately 35 minutes.
2. Uncover the meal and bake for an additional 5 minutes on grill setting to form golden crust on rosette.
3. If required, place the meal in microwave for additional 2-3 minutes or heat for a further 2-3 minutes in oven.
