Meal stored in the freezer will last 6 months. If defrosted meal should be consumed within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after defrosting


1. Defrost by leaving overnight in the fridge for 24 hours.
2. Place meal in the container in the oven for 30 mins.
3. Remove lid and bake for a further 10 mins.
4. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.

Heating Instructions (Frozen):
Place meal in its package in the oven at 160 for 40 mins until meal is heated through.
