Pork, beef, mortadella (Phosphate 450, Sodium Nitrite 250,) anchovies, capers, Kalamata olives, tomato, olive oil, bread, milk, egg, parmesan, garlic, onion, salt and pepper.

Contains: Eggs, Milk and Wheat (Gluten).

Storage

Meal stored in freezer will last up to 2 months.
If storing in the refrigerator (-5℃ or below), meal should be consumed within 24 hours.
Meal should not be refrozen after defrosting.

Preparation

Heating Instructions (Defrosted in Refrigerator) - Recommended:
1. Place meal in the refrigerator for 24 hours to defrost the meal.
2. Microwave Option: heat the meal in the microwave for 4 to 5 minutes. 3. Remove from microwave and let it stand for 1 minute before opening.
3. Oven Option: Reheat defrosted meal in oven at 160℃ for 15 - 20 minutes.

Heating Instructions from Frozen:
1. Select the defrost setting on microwave and defrost meal for 7 to 9 minutes.
2. Once meal has defrosted, heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
