This vegetable tagine starts with a base of STIX house-made chermoula paste. Flavours and ingredients are gradually layered on to create this Moroccan classic which sits on a bed of fluffy almond couscous for a filling vegetarian meal.

We recommend that all meals are stored in your freezer (-18℃ or below) prior to consumption to extend shelf-life of meal. The meal will last up to 3 months in the freezer from date of delivery.
If storing in the refrigerator (-5℃ or below), meal should be consumed within 1-3 days.
Meal should not be refrozen after defrosting.


Heating Instructions (Defrosted in Refrigerator) - Recommended:
1. Place meal in the refrigerator for 24 hours to defrost the meal.
2. Once meal is defrosted, heat the meal in the microwave for 2 minutes on high until meal is heated through.
3. Let meal stand for 1 minute and heat for up to a further 2 minutes if required.

Heating Instructions (Frozen):
1. Select the defrost setting and heat the meal in the microwave for 3 – 4 minutes until meal is heated through.
2. Let meal stand for 1 minute and heat for up to a further 2 minutes if required.
