Meal stored in freezer will last up to 3 months in the freezer.
If storing in the refrigerator (-5℃ or below), meal should be consumed within 48 hours.
Meal should not be refrozen after defrosting.


Defrosting Instructions:
1. Select the defrost setting on the microwave and heat the meal for 10 minutes. If required heat the meal in the microwave for a further 2 minutes.

Heating Instructions:
1. Microwave option (preferable): Microwave on high for 4 minutes with the lid on. Check temperature and microwave for an additional 2-3 minutes if required.
2. Oven option: Preheat oven to 160. Bake meal, lid-on, for 45 minutes.
