Parboiled long grain rice 250g, Tomato paste 2 tbsp, Curry 1/2 tsp Thyme, ½ tsp Vegetable oil, 50g Capsicum 500g, Onions 250g Vegetable seasoning powder, 1 tbsp Bay leaf, 1 pc Garlic, 50g Ginger, 50g Salt½ tsp


Meal stored in freezer will last up to 1 month.
If storing in the refrigerator (-5℃ or below), meal should be consumed within 24 hours.
Meal should not be refrozen after defrosting.


1. Place meal in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours to defrost the meal.
2. Microwave the meal for 3 minutes on high heat.
