Have you tried goat before? Discover just how tasty it is when you order the Goat Nihari from Foreign Return now at ChefPrep. This dish features slow cooked goat with saffron, spices, browned onions, chickpea flour and ghee.

Goat Nihari is a fantastic Indian dish that features tender meat, flavourful spices, and a zing of lemon. It is so tasty in fact that it was traditionally cooked all night and then served to the Mughal Kings of Delhi for breakfast. Today, it is well loved throughout India but normally eaten just at special occasions as it takes a very long time to cook (at least four hours). Foreign Return takes the hard part out with this ready-made meal - all you need to do is warm up in the microwave.

Foreign Return is a modern Indian restaurant in Surry Hills, Sydney. It combines the   treasure of age-old Indian recipes, with modern Indian fare to create its interesting dishes. The team work to fight stereotypes around Indian cuisine and re-define it as a food for modern times. All the ingredients are locally sourced and the menu revolves around seasonal produce. Try the menu from Foreign Return from the comfort of your home and be surprised by the flavours of these once lost recipes that have been carried down through generations, only to arrive at your table as if they had been there all along.
