The beef short ribs truly melt in the mouth after cooking at a low temperature for 12 hours. We’re salivating just thinking about it! 

This tasty ragu is made with beef short ribs, a soffritto of carrot, celery, onion and garlic, rosemary, white wine, tomato, and a smattering of goat cheese. It’s paired perfectly with Gnocchi Sardi, which is shaped like a little shell and perfectly soaks up the ragu sauce. Gnocchi Sardi are also known as Malloreddus and are a traditional pasta from Sardinia made from durum wheat and water. Don’t confuse them with the equally delicious potato gnocchi. 

We like to serve this tasty ragu with a big glass of Italian red wine to complete the European wine bar experience. If you’re hungry, accompany it with a big green salad and a good chunk of crusty bread.

Microwave Option:
heat the meal in the microwave for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from microwave and let it stand for 1 minute before opening.

Oven Option:
Place covered pasta in a 160℃ oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
