A Roman style pasta dish with fusilli pasta in a tomato sauce with cured pork and Pecorino Romano cheese.

Pecorino Romano, fusilli, flour, semolina, salt, pepper, tomato sauce.

Contains: Wheat, Allium and may contain traces of nuts.

Meal stored in freezer will last up to 1 month in the freezer.
If storing in the refrigerator (-5℃ or below), meal should be consumed within 24 hours.

Heating Instructions:
1. Bring a saucepan or pot of water to the boil.
2. Place the bag of the frozen all'Amatriciana sauce in the boiling water for 5 minutes. Open the bag of sauce into a saucepan over low heat.
3. Place the frozen fusilli pasta in the boiling water for 2 minutes until cooked to your preference and then strain the pasta.
4. Add fusilli to the saucepan and stir for 3 minutes or until desired consistency. 
5. Plate and garnish with grated cheese.
