Meal stored in freezer will last up to 3 months in the freezer.
If storing in the refrigerator (-5℃ or below), meal should be consumed within 24 hours.
Meal should not be refrozen after defrosting.


Heating Instructions (Defrosted in Refrigerator) - Recommended:
1. Place meal in the refrigerator for 24 hours to defrost the meal.
2. Oven Option (recommended): remove lid and place the meal in its package in the over at 160℃ for 15 - 20 minutes until meal is heated through.
3. Microwave Option: once meal is defrosted, heat the meal in the microwave for 2 - 4 minutes on high until meal is heated through.

Heating Instructions (Frozen):
1. Oven Option (recommended): place meal in its package in the oven at 160℃ for 40 minutes until meal is heated through.
2. Microwave Option: select the defrost setting on the microwave and heat the meal for 10 minutes. If the required, heat the meal in the microwave for a further 2 minutes.
