Black eye beans 125g, Onions 500g, Salt 1/2 tsp, Capsicum 255g, Habanero 50g, Palm oil 100g, Vegetable stock 1tsp

Storage

Meal stored in freezer will last up to 1 month.
If storing in the refrigerator (-5℃ or below), meal should be consumed within 24 hours.

Preparation

1. Place meal in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours to defrost the meal.
2. Microwave the meal for 3 minutes on high heat.
