Slowly cooked carnaroli rice in freshly made aromatic mushrooms broth, roasted mixed mushrooms with herbs and Chardonnay wine, finished with a dollop of Parmesan cream.

Carnaroli rice, mushrooms broth (porcini, mixed mushrooms, water, salt 2%, pepper,onion,leek), porcini mushrooms, button mushrooms, shiitake, leek, onion, celery, parsley, salt 3%, Parmesan cheese, fresh cream 5%, olive oil 2%.

Contains: Milk.

Meal stored in freezer will last up to 4 months.
If storing in the refrigerator (-5℃ or below), meal should be consumed within 24 hours.
Meal should not be refrozen after defrosting.


Defrosted in Refrigerator:
1. Place meal in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours to defrost the meal.
2. Microwave the meal on high for 3 minutes.
3. Let meal rest for a couple of minutes.
Microwave for a further 1 minute on high.

From Frozen:
1. Place meal in microwave on high for 2 minutes.
2. Then place in preheated oven at 170℃ without the lid for 12 minutes until top of meal has become golden.
