Meal stored in freezer (-18°C or below) will last up to 2 months.
Once defrosted meal to be cooked within 3 days.
Defrost in the refrigerator (5°C or below overnight).
Meal should not be refrozen after defrosting.


Place meal in the refrigerator for 24 hours to defrost the meal. Please ensure products are fully defrosted before cooking.

1. Fill a medium pot of water and bring to a boil.
2. Turn the pot of boiling water down to medium. Remove the noodles from the bag and cook the noodles in the pot of water for 3 mins.
3. Heat broth in a medium sized sauce pan with the hot and numbing beef mince.
4. Remove noodles from the water and allow excess water to drain. Divide the noodles between 2 serving bowls.
5. Pour hot broth and numbing beef mince over noodles
6. Top with Chinese broccoli, shallots, crispy onion.
7. Slurp Slurp
