Peruvian style roasted chicken with aji verde and roasted vegetables.

Dietary Information

Ingredients:

Marinade: Soy Sauce, Lime Juice, Garlic, Ginger, Dark Beer, Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Cayenne Pepper, Huacatay Paste, Ajji Panca Paste, Cumin, Ground Annatto, Dried Oregano, Dried Rosemary, Salt and Pepper.

Aji Verde Sauce: Mayonnaise, Coriander, Jalapeños, Garlic, Parmesan Cheese, Lime Juice and Salt.

Main: Chicken, Roasted Potatoes, Rosemary, Pepper, Salt, Roasted Pumpkin, Nutmeg , Dutch Carrots and Broccolini.

Contains: Eggs, Milk, Wheat, Gluten.

Storage

Meal stored in freezer will last up to 1 month in the freezer.
If storing in the refrigerator (-5℃ or below), meal should be consumed within 24 hours.
Meal should not be refrozen after defrosting.

Preparation

Microwave:
1. Once the meal is defrosted, heat the meal in the microwave for 2 minutes on high until meal is heated through
2. Let meal sit for 30 seconds and heat for a further 60 seconds if required

Oven:
Once defrosted, reheat in the oven at 180c for 20 minutes
