Meal stored in freezer will last up to 1 month.
If storing in the refrigerator (5℃ or below), meal should be consumed within 3 days.
Meal should not be refrozen after defrosting.


Place meal in the refrigerator for 24 hours to defrost the meal. Please ensure products are fully defrosted before cooking.

1. Pre heat air-fryer / oven to 170 deg
2. Put a pot of water on to boil for the Noodles
3. Boil the kettle and pour into your serving bowl (this will warm the bowl so your soup stays hot while you #SlurpSlurp)
4. Pour stock into another pot on medium heat to warm up
5. Place chicken bites in the oven/air-fryer for 4 mins until internal temperature is over 65
6. Cook noodles for 2.45min
7. Once the broth boils pour into your serving bowl 8. Add noodles to your broth and with a fork or tongs jiggle the noodles to loosen up
9. Top the broth and noodles with the Pickled Shiitake, Black Fungi and Sesame Seeds
10. Serve Chicken Tenders on top
