Butter's charcoal chicken is shredded and served over Japanese noodles, Asian greens and pickled white radish then finished with a spiced soy dressing.

Ingredients:

Fresh Ramen Noodles, Chicken, Chinese Broccoli, Pickled Daikon, Soy Sauce, Shallot, Onion, Chinese Vinegar, Preserved Mustard & Olive.

Contains: eggs, milk (includes all milk produced by animals), soy, soya or soybean, gluten, wheat, sulphites, sesame.

Storage

Meal stored in freezer (-18°C or below) will last up to 2 months.
Once defrosted meal to be cooked within 3 days.
Defrost in the refrigerator (5°C or below overnight).
Meal should not be refrozen after defrosting.

Preparation

Place meal in the refrigerator for 24 hours to defrost the meal. Please ensure products are fully defrosted before cooking.

1. Fill a medium pot of water and bring to a boil.
2. Place a medium sized pan over medium-high heat.
3. Turn the pot of boiling water down to medium. Remove the noodles from the bag and cook the noodles in the pot of water for 3 mins.
4. Place the bag of Chinese broccoli into the water to heat though.
5. Whilst the noodles are cooking, remove the chicken from the bag and place chicken into the hot pan. Heat the chicken until the edges and skin develop some colour and char. Remove from the pan.
6. Remove noodles from the water and allow excess water to drain. Divide the noodles between 2 serving bowls. Dress the noodles with the spicy soy dressing.
7. Remove the broccoli from the water and the bag then divide the broccoli between the 2 bowls.
8. Divide the chicken between the 2 bowls then garnish each with the remaining ingredients.
