Storage

Meal stored in freezer will last up to 1 month in the freezer.
If storing in the refrigerator (-5℃ or below), meal should be consumed within 24 hours.
Meal should not be refrozen after defrosting.

Preparation

Defrost:
Place meal in the refrigerator for 24 hours to defrost the meal.

Microwave Option: Once meal is defrosted, heat the meal in the microwave for 2 - 3 minutes on high until meal is heated through. Let meal stand for 1 minute and heat further if required.

Oven Option:
Preheat the oven to 160℃ and heat defrosted meal for 30 minutes.
