Ingredients:

Beef, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin,
coriander, chilli, sugar, tomato puree, vinegar,
lime, orange, chicken stock, cloves, oregano,
corn masa, water, vegetable oil, shallots, black
pepper, parsley, kale, tomato, white onion,
mulato chili, pasilla chili.

Contains: nuts, gluten and dairy.

Storage

Refrigerate up to 6 days, to be consumed within 3 days of opening. Store in the freezer for up to 6 months.

Preparation

Defrost before cooking by leaving in the fridge for 24-48 hours.
Give the salsas a good stir after defrosting.


Beef - Pan Fry
1. Heat a pan or skillet over medium-high heat,
and add enough oil to cover the surface.
2. Once hot, add the beef (the whole contents of
the packet) and cook until heated through and a little crispy (this should take a few minutes, no longer than 5).

Tortillas
1. Heat a pan or skillet over medium-high heat (do not add oil).
2. Once hot, add the tortillas (one at a time) and cook on each side for 10-15 seconds.

Assembly
1. Place a warm tortilla on serving dish.
2. Add a spoon full of chimichurri on the bottom, a nice chunk of beef, and top with the salsa negra.
