Love dessert but looking for a vegan option? Enjoy French pastry totally made with top quality, 100% vegan ingredients. They taste as close to the traditional recipe as possible and are utterly scrumptious.

The Grand Canelé is the largest size. Made using only the finest vegan ingredients including premium soy milk, premium flour, premium sugar, plant based butter, egg replacer, rum, and premium vanilla pods.

Enjoy your canelés with a flute of French champagne for the real French experience, or pair with tea and coffee. We like to pair ours with a little ice cream or whipped cream for extra decadence.

Wondering what exactly canelés are and how their creation came into being? These delectable pastries date back to Bordeaux, France in the eighteenth century. Originally created by nuns in the convent of Annociades, they continue to be a popular treat nearly two centuries later.

If you’ve ever wanted to enjoy authentic French pastries in Australia, Canelé Alain is the best way. Created by a Frenchman, Vincent Uso, is an expert in the preparation of this ancient French recipe. He became enamoured with these French cakes as a child thanks to his pastry chef Uncle Alain who taught him his recipe back in France. Today, Vincent celebrates the canelé and pays homage to his uncle’s recipe with his online bakery in Australia.
