Canelé Alain provides the most authentic canelés in Australia. Our secret recipe is directly inherited from Alain, the uncle's founder, who was a renowned pastry chef in Bordeaux, France. On top of the scrumptious original recipe with vanilla and rum, we developed other delicious recipes such as Orange & Cointreau and Pandan & Malibu. Vegan and low gluten versions of the original flavour are also available. All our canelés are baked with love and passion in individual copper moulds for optimal caramelisation.
